Finding my fit self in my 40's

Hi all, I am in my early 40's. I am a happily married mother of two. B) We are all working together to re-start the family farm.

I have taken back the initiative to be fit. Had stopped in May for family reasons. :/

Will check in & see what's going on when I have a few moments.

    Hello. Working to find my fit self again as well I lost her about 20years ago and I haven't been able to find her since. But it is looking promising with MFP. Congrats on coming back good luck on your journey. ;)
