Hi
Just wanted to tell you that since having my 3rd child the weight has been difficult to maintain. Always watching my weight forever on diets.
So have been clean eating for some time apart from the odd take out at weekends anyways thought about taking it one step further and have introduced the ketogenic diet into my life. So have been on it since Mon and have lost a lb each day, feeling really full but have to say as it's Fri I could really do with a beer and something sweet but have worked so hard all week I don't wanna give up now

    Don't give up!!! I have a Gin, lime and soda water to replace my beer/wine .. As for sweet try opting for some berries and cream or Greek yoghurt perhaps.. Don't let all ur hard work go down the drain... You can do it!!!!
