Hi everyone- I tried the vanilla Shakeology for the first time today and I found the strong stevia flavor to be awful. Any suggestions on how to mask it? Or should I try a different flavor?

I'll be honest, I've never known anyone who has liked the taste of Shakeology straight; everyone I've known who has used it has added a bunch of stuff to it. Apparently some flavors are better than others, but I think your best bet is to either do a search for Shakeology recipes, or check out the Beachbody forums, I'm sure they have recipes there.

If that doesn't improve the situation or you decide to try another option, there are a lot protein powders on the market that have macro ratios that are comparable to Shakeology, and are actually quite tasty with just milk or water.

There are much better quality (and less expensive) protein powders than Snakeoilogy, and you don't have to deal with MLM/pyramid schemes to buy them.

Send it back and get a refund. It's what I did with the tropical/strawberry one.

    Put it in oatmeal.

You're not alone - I've heard that from a lot of people. Try banana, PB, PB2, chocolate? I've never tried it with Shakeology, so those are just suggestions. I'm assuming you want to use what you've purchased, but in the future, there are a lot more palatable protein powders out there that you may want to try so you don't have to mask flavors.

:/ Try to mask the flavor with the suggestions above. Not to be snarky, but it is an unnecessary expense on your healthy journey.
