Hey girl! Chin up! We can do this, one day at a time. I sent you a friend request. This is my second time here. The first time I lost 60 pounds. I have gained 27 of it back. I know I can do it, it's all up to me. But, it sure is a lot easier if you find some people to do it with. That and making sure to be completely honest when filling out the food journal. If you stay under your calories for the day you will lose weight.0
