I live a life full of music and guitar. Fitness and nutrition has been part of my life since my teens. Back in May of this year (2015) I decided to overhaul my nutrition and make my fitness goal to get under 10% body fat while maintaining as much muscle as possible. It's been a good ride so far, the nutrition and fitness plan is working. Today I weighted in at 169lbs, 11.3%bf. The gains are getting more challenging. Time to dig deep and stay focused on my goals.
