Hi All!
I've gone through about 10 years of losing and gaining large amounts of weight and something finally clicked this year. I started March 26,2015 at my highest weight and have lost about 53 pounds so far. I started with Phases 1,2 and 3 of Dr. Ian's Fat Smash book and went on to a kind of low carb routine. I recently have gone back to Dr. Ian's book to shake my body of the slump it's gotten into the past few weeks. I'm on Day 5 of Phase 1(detox) and am down 4 pounds. This book is not a gimmick. It's a way to build your eating pattern up to a realistic way of eating phase by phase. It literally teaches you how to eat well. Eventually I may venture off into low-carb land again but I will always go back to the fat smash when needed. I've got quite a bit of weight to lose so it helps me to switch things up from time to time. I jog, do circuit training(homemade from exercises I look up online), walk....gym, outside or wherever. My workouts are pretty intense for the most part but my job is hectic so I don't workout as hard as I want to every time. I have gone public with my journey to motivate others and also hold myself accountable. My facebook page is called Dynetha Gets Fit and my instagram is also DynethaGetsFit. I'm not a trainer or trying to sell anything lol Feel free to follow either or both pages or add me on here. No judgement
