So I've done amazing on mfp and lost enough weight to enter a 10k, I had done enough training for it and was well prepared. The day comes, Sunday 27th September at Loch Ness in Inverness. I was running with my bro and sis. I got to the 8k marker and then no memory of what happened next. Apparently I had a seizure and I spent 18 hours in Intensive care unit and finally released from the ward on the 1st October. I'm writing this to say that life is too short and live life to the fullest. I am grateful for my family and friends for the support I received.

Wow that's very scary. Fantastic you lost the weight to be able to run the 10k but sorry to hear about your seizure. Hope you stay well and agree life is to short x
