Hello every1,
I have begun counting my calories from the past 2 days. Since my childhood, its been very easy for me to gain weight but losing it takes loads and loads of hardwork. I mean seriously if you can only lose 0.5 kg per week how the hell can you gain 1 kg every other day. Is this the same situation for every1 coz I believe ther shud b a consistency in hw u gain weight as well.
I love exercising coz I enjoy the feeling of accomplishment dat I get aftr d hardwork.
And usually I am not d kind of person who is very obsessive bout hw many calories I take in but I gues I hav begun to realize dat this is the only way right?
So i gues a little help from you guys wud just help in motivating me coz i hate dieting. Let us all go down dis path 2gether :)
