muscle soreness

I did an exreme workout on Thursday and here it is Saturday and my legs are still very sore. Kinda makes me not want to work out. But I will.

    Hot baths, stretching and then ease back into it.

    You really shouldn't be this sore 48 hours or more later. Try to reduce a little weight and work up to what you did last time.

    Keep working out, but a tad less "extreme".

    Your body will adapt with more exercise, but maybe ease into it a bit more. As already said, most people aren't sore for more than 48 hours. Personally, I enjoy the afterburn soreness, it reminds me that I was bada** once :smile:
