I started in august, for 4 days I had not been exercising. I was ready to give up, but I didn't. I've been getting on the Elliptical everyday for 46 minutes everyday and watching what I eat. And I've been losing weight which shocks me cause I though I would fail. But I've just found a 30 day shred that's working for me as well, and it's a recommendation for you as well. It's by Jillian Michaels, excellent work out. Thank you to everyone who answered my questions.
