Hi. I am kelly. I am 20 years old. I am 5 feet 5 inches. My highest weight was 315 pounds in July of 2014. I had the Lap Band surgery in August of 2014. I went through financial and emotional problems and never went back to have fills done. Well in January of 2015, I attempted suicide and was in a coma. When I woke up, I had developed tracheal stenosis. The past 9 months I have spent in and out of the hospital. Last month I got a tracheotomy. The only way I can have the surgery to hopefully be more of a permanent fix is to lose weight. My doctor told me if we did the Tracheal Reconstruction Surgery right now, I wouldn't make it. But without the surgery, my airway could permanently close up and it could damage my vocal cords to where I could never talk again.. From being in and out of the hospital, I have lost weight that way. Well now I have to do it on my own. I am exercising 30 minutes a day. I am taking green coffee weight loss pills. I am trying to keep my calories under 1300 a day and keep my carbs under 20 a day. I have PCOS and that already makes it a little harder to lose wight. The Doctor said I had to get to 200 pounds to have the surgery. When I weighed myself today I was 277.7. Although that is probably because I have been taking the green coffee pills which causes diarrhea. I just need support and motivation. and Friends. Anyone would like to add me, please do. :)
