NEED HELP! EXTRA SKIN

Ok so I'm down a lot of weight, over the past few years I have lost weight then would maintain it for a while then lose more weight then maintain it. rinse and repeat you get the idea. I now have atleast 18 pounds to my first goal weight (last time I was 175 was elementary so when i get to that weight I may want to lose more, dunno), yet not happy with my lower stomach and upper arms. Any advice on losing the last bit of weight, tightening those areas, and anything else to help? Would love to hear from anyone.

First of all, congrats on the weight loss. I know you are frustrated, but the resolve and effort you have put in thus far makes you 100% likely of reaching your goal and knocking off that last 18 lbs. You are doing awesome.
So what's your fitness program like? What type of exercises, how often, etc.?0 -
Sorry it took so long to get back to. Before I got hurt I was running, doing kickboxing, and yoga 6 days a week. Then I tore my sartorius (muscle in hip) from kickboxing and that slowed me down alot and gained 15 lbs back. So i was just walking daily and watching calories. Anywhere from 3-9 miles 6 days a week, also doing physical therapy. Now I have been released, and have started adding jogging back in to my workouts, but NO kickboxing for now, and yoga a few times a week still, along with pilates. some things like lunges, squat jumps, or anything that pulls the muscle in the front of your hip is a no go for a few more weeks. I try to work out atleast 5-6 days a week. If my hip starts hurting I was told to stop. (my hardhead is the reason it tore evidentially) Thanks for any and all advice!! (Also, I have no access to a gym anywhere close to where I live)0
