Mad the best tuna steak dinner last night! It was just wow! Thinking if I can find more great dinner like that, I will be eating a lot more fish!!!!

    Congrats! Though I love the canned stuff, I've never had a tuna steak to rave about.

    Mind sharing how you made it?

    Love tuna if cooked right. Has to be pink I. The middle ...Love it. Also like tinned tuna so versatile. Can make sarnies or tuna patties etc...

    Never made tuna patties! Will have to look it up.. Kalikal, I made a marinade with 1/4 cup orange juice 1/4 cup lemon juice tbsp of fresh oragneo tbsp of fresh parsley 2 cloves of garlic 2 tbsps of olive oil tsp of black pepper. Coded the steaks in it and let it sit for 30 mins. Than grilled it on the char grill with pear wood! Yummy
