I had gone all the way to 92lbs lost then maitained for a couple of years. After that I started regaining weight due to my emotions of never feeling good enough. By the time I knew it I gained 40+ pds. So here I am losing weight as I learn to love myself while unleashing my inner and outer beauty.
I've got the eating down just working to have more stability in my workout schedule. Have a new plan starting 12th. This coming week half the week I will on a mini vacation. I will need motivation and extra strength to help stay on track.

Wow, you have made some great progress! Congratulations! Like you, I need to get back to my workouts. I had leg surgery a month ago but now it is completely healed and I have no excuse for not going to the gym except laziness.0
