Needing Friends to help me on this journey!!

Hi, I just logged on after a year's absence and was greeted by a 17lb weight loss .. and I have been complaining about not losing but apparently I have over the long run. I have 20lbs more to go and would appreciate some friends to be with me on this journey. I seem to have a problem not eating enough and I did ruin my metabolism by some crazy starvation diets years ago. I do see Food as the enemy .. I have been doing three different types of exercises plants; an hour of weights and some cardio twice a week, an hour of Pilates ... STOTT Pilates machine with trainer, for the past 4 months and now ... am starting an hour a week with a trainer for more Cardio ...
I had my knee done last summer so being able to get back exercising at a wonderful gym/and trainer has been a blessing. I need advice on using food as fuel .. and learning to enjoy food .. healthy food that will help my body lose weight but have enough energy to up the exercise. I live in Canada and would welcome friends from anywhere.
