Has any one tried the general motors diet and been successfull . I mean all tge the claims og seven pounds in a week

This plan? ?
Day 1: fruit except bananas
Day 2: large baked potato w/ one pat of butter, other raw and cooked veggies
Day 3: a mix of fruit and veggies except potatoes . . .

It's just another fad diet (which doesn't have anything to do with general motors, and you should always worry when something needs to claim a fake association in order to seem legit) and you lose weight fast because it is very low calorie, and you'll drop a bunch of water weight your first week. Please ignore fad diets! They don't do you any favours.0
