I've lost the equivalent of....

I'm just shy of 5 gallons of milk. If you were to compare your weight loss to every day items what/how much are you? To be honest this is my second time around on mfp. It is much more difficult the second time. I will appreciate the loss much more and not *kitten* up this time. Now back to losing 1 gallon at a time. Good luck fellow food junkies.

    My 12 year old daughter, my 6 year old son, my big fat cat and a 2 litre bottle of coke. 70kg all up / 150 lbs ish. I'm maintaining now so it does fluctuate slightly.

    I've lost 32.4lbs / 14.69kg which is the approximate equivalent of 7.33 x 2 litre bottles of juice! I can't even imagine having to carry that about all day, everyday, again. <3

    for anyone interested ilostwhat is a great site, you input how much you've lost and it tells you the equivalent (I think it's pretty similar to the list @LaceyBirds posted above. :)
