Hello all,

I have used fitness pal before and decided to start again. I gained about 10 pounds and need to regain focus.

    I'm there with you! This is my 5+ time with MFP. I lost 20 about 2-3 years ago and then gained 32, then lost 9 lbs and then gained it all back.. Add me if you need a friend!

    I am starting over again too. 3 years ago I was committed but now need to loose 50+ lbs. My husband comes home exactly 364 days and I plan to get in gear. I am so broken in my discipline, I have to do this
