I think that Google will help you with this. But my answer would be a giant oatmeal raisin cookie. I.love cookies...

That could be anything with an altered serving size.

you can build a meal by entering you own foods into your daily food menus. you can then see what nutrients are there. if you like it, cook it. if not, simply delete it. i found this helpful with me.

A baconator from Wendy's is about 900, add small fries for about 300 and there ya go. 1200, no cooking.

1200 calories available of just vegetables would be a very substantial meal volume-wise unless you are adding very high-fat things like avocado, nuts, cheese, etc. May I ask why you need to eat it all in one meal? And will you still have calories left for another meal or snack or are you only going to eat 1 meal in a 24-hour period?

While vegetables can be filling and nutrient rich for vitamins (depending on your selection), you will be lacking in protein and fats which are important for a balanced diet.

That being said, 17.6lbs of unpeeled cucumbers will give you exactly 1200 calories. That's just under 27 cucumbers if they are about 8 inches long.

ETA: My point is that if you are doing vegetables only, that is a huge volume of food, and would not provide a nutritionally balanced intake. Perhaps reevaluate your plan. Good luck!

Doing a 1000+ calorie vegetarian meal (I think that's what is being asked) is fairly easy. I did that very often when I was morbidly obese. It doesn't have to be nutrient-poor either. Have a colorful salad with a nice serving of olive oil and walnuts (I like purple cabbage with apples, avocado olive oil and walnuts), follow it by delicious potato gnocchi in pesto cream sauce, and finish with a lovely serving of dried fruit compote on yogurt cream.

This all sounds so good, drool.

And it's not as labor intensive as it looks. This is all done and ready in about an hour, most of which is spent waiting for stuff to cook.

I will add egg for protein, and half glass of milk

If protein is what you are after, try lentil dishes. They are filling and can have enough calories to be substantial. Try a salad made of lentils, quinoa, feta cheese, lemon (add the juice, but also chop some lemon with skin on very finely into the salad but don't go overboard), parsley, cucumber, onions and olive oil.
