I'm back! AGAIN

Went back to Weight Watchers, found a great leader and meeting......and decided that it just isn't for me. I just can't get my head in the game. So I am going to try counting calories and tracking here, exercising and tracking that on my fitbit and hope I can see the scale budge. A few friends wouldn't hurt. I need people who are starting out and struggling and a few pros to help me out. Hopefully I can be of support for you too.

    Hi :)

    I was a Weight Watchers member for quite a while. I did lose weight but I was the same as you - it just wasn't for me. I found the meetings quite 'cliquey' and the whole 'points' idea became a little annoying after a while. For me, MFP really simplifies every thing and counting calories has helped me ENORMOUSLY!
