This will be an 8 week challenge based on Season 6, Part 1 of The Walking Dead. Players will compete in fitness challenges based upon each week's episode while they work towards their own personal goals. Starts Monday October 11th.

This will be an open group, team wins and MVP awards will be based on your ability to meet your own goals and survive Horde Attacks as well as on how your Character Team performs on the show.

Join up, choose a Character Team, make some friends, get fit and watch the show every Sunday night.

This challenge is suitable for all fitness levels and is a great starter challenge for beginners who are just starting cardio workouts, weight training and who are trying to stay within their calorie goals.
