Does anyone know this vegetable and have recipes on healthy basis.

I've never heard of it, but I am going to do some research to see if I can grow it next summer. Fresh spinach in summer would be a lovely treat!

Pinterest has some recipes, and this site (http://www.geethaskitchen.com/2009/07/malabar-spinach-basella-alba.html) says it can be used interchangeably with spinach in many recipes.

Thanks for the link. It's super easy to grow this at home. Since I live in Asia (tropical climate) I can nearly harvest every other day.
