Thanks to StaceyG1990 and her 7 Day Ab & Booty challenge!
It pushed me to finish the days I missed. This last one had me doing 70 squats. SEVENTY! And I done 70 squats without stopping.
I started squatting months ago and 15 on three reps, with breaks, killed me. It was hard.
Now I know what I can really do.
Then the warmup was jogging in place, and with missing had to do two minutes. I went on to three minutes for good measure and when I stopped, I wasn't out of breathe and ready to collapse to the floor.
I felt great afterwards!
This was a big step for me.

    It's amazing isn't it? I have never been a runner/jogger and starting out was torturous. But I'm now running/jogging for miles and feeling like I could do more.
