I registered on these forums a while ago, but realized that I didn't really introduce myself, so here I am. I started to exercise more and change my diet due to some concerns that my doctor had regarding my blood pressure and cholesterol levels, even though I was super skinny. I think in high school I weighed less than 100 pounds...anyhow I've pretty much been skinny my whole life but since my doctor talked some sense into me, I made a conscious effort to gain some healthy weight which took years. I look forward to "meeting" people here, everyone is very supportive and I enjoy reading how others have found success in reaching their goals. Thank you for sharing your inspirational stories
