best male routines for pure aesthetics (not strength)?

I'm doing a modified stronglifts program at the moment, but feel that it is over emphasizing leg work (I'm already happy with my legs), and doesn't have any hardcore ab work (I know the squats and deadlifts are good for the core muscles, but it cant replace things like weighted leg raises).

There's only so much my body can recover from, so I'm thinking of focussing almost 100% on upper body, and just doing the minimum maintenance level for legs.

any good programs people know of for this? Perhaps mike Matthews muscleforlife?
