Yoga - at home vids?

hey,

Just wondering if anyone knows any good at home yoga videos I could find online ?
don't mind how long they are, just hate constant chatting and patronising tones !

    I own a few of the Bryan Kest Power Yoga DVDs and have fallen in love with his style. I also enjoy Shiva Rea's Vinyasa Flow. You can find both of these dvds on amazon. If you are looking for something free online, Gaiam Yoga has videos on hulu that are sometimes fun. Tara Stiles also has a few videos on youtube that I repeat quite often. Hope that helps!

    I like Rodney Yee. He has a good range of beginner to advanced. And although it's go some lovers and haters, I enjoyed Jillian Michael's Yoga Meltdown.

    That one for sure. Plus, I follow Tara Stiles on YouTube and Rachel Brathen on Instagram (though she has a wonderful blog too). Both are very inspirational.
