Hi all I'm Nick. have been on MFP for quite some time but only now taking it seriously. Have just started a 3 month challenge at work to lose 5% of my starting weight by the end, in addition we have to lose a minimum of a pound every fortnight to avoid a charity fine!
Just looking for some support on here and happy to do likewise for others.
I think the biggest challenge is alcohol (not that I drink much) as it's nice to kick back and have a beer at the end of a busy day or weekend, apart from one night out i'm cutting it out for the 3 month period.
Also appreciate any simple and quick low calorie recipes mostly with chicken if anyone has some, found a good one for chicken stir fry so that's a start.
