I am here for a fresh start. I started with a new trainer last week and today started with a new fitness website. I've done all this before, lost 85 lbs and kept it off for 3 years, but I gained back nearly 40 pounds over the last year or so. It sure comes back a lot faster than you think. Here's to postive changes!
