Hello all. I've lost 92 pounds in a year. The last 20 is getting hard. I am confused on how and where to check my macros. Could anyone help me please. I'm so lost. If you could kill me at wjcavalier09 that would be easier.

Your macros are just how much protein, fat, and carbs you're consuming. If you're asking how you adjust them, you go to My Home > Goals > Daily Nutrition Goals > Editpinkcandygirlx1 wrote: »If you could kill me at wjcavalier09 that would be easier.

Oh ok gotcha. It's best to calculate gram amounts as opposed to percentages.
For general health, hormone production, etc, it's recommended that you consume a minimum of 0.35 g of fat per lb of body weight per day.
If you are interested in maximizing muscle synthesis (to grow muscle while gaining weight or to preserve muscle while losing weight to mostly lose fat) then you should consume 0.82g of protein per lb of body weight per day.
The rest of your calories can go to carbohydrates.0
