My name is Todd. I'm 36 years old. I haven't been active since my ACL surgery 13 years ago. I played soccer and basketball most of my life until I tore my ACL. Now I'm on a mission to get down to 175 lbs. I started out at 225 and am down to 192. It's good to have as much support and advice as possible.

    Thank you! Yeah, I've always lacked the motivation since surgery, but I'm ready to go now!
