Hey everyone,
Just wanted to introduce myself. My name is Brian and I just turned 25. I used to be in pretty good shape in high school, when I graduated I was approximately 190' at 5'11". When I got married last June I was 245 lbs at 6'0.5" I started seriously working out and watching what I ate in November and now, 8 months later, I'm approximately 210 lbs and have put on a lot of lean muscle mass.
My goal is to get down to 185 lbs at 10% body fat. I'd estimate I'm at 15-17% now.
