Hi All, I've gone from 219 to 149 (I'm 5'1.5") and it's coming off from all over now. Which is good - since in the beginning I lost a full shoe size and my wrists became very slim (sure, where every woman wants to lose).

After 2 c-sections and years of bring heavy I've got the two final frontiers of thighs and stomach. My thighs are going to do what they want, as is my stomach... but I'm wondering if any of you have found any slimming undergarments you can share tips on.

I know Spanx and am willing to go there again, though at my heaviest when I squeezed unto them I swear they pushed my internal organs into my chest cavity. I was afraid to cough for fear that an ovary would come flying out of my mouth.

If I push my stomach it looks awesome. I need something to do that for me. Advice?

    Congrats on your weight loss!

Your stomach will do what it wants to, and you can't spot reduce, but you can work on retaining muscle integrity while in a deficit. Have you tried heavy weight lifting?

As for a slimming waist garmet, I have no answer. Sorry.

Thanks! I have started lifting, but moderately. I have disc issues in my neck and am at risk of catastrophic injury - so I'm very careful.

But I can probably do something that only impacts mid-torso and South!

There's a great range of shaping underwear at most decent lingerie or department stores, pop on some granny pants and go try them on. I bought some for my wedding to smooth my out under my dress - they were great, did the right things for the belly area while letting me still breathe, eat and sit.

Spanx but try a different size and style

I don't ever use them any more, despite also having had 2 sections, because now my musculature does the job due to a progressive lifting programme ..I'd recommend trying to.find an experienced trainer who can adapt for your physical limitations
