Gained 30 lbs. From the time I hurt my knee to when I was released by doc. to start an exercises program. Been at it a month and I am down 11. It is a lot harder to drop lbs. now that I'm 42 but reading a lot of these post just motivates me to keep going to the gym.

Keep at it . I'm 58, back again after 2 years. I'm down 13 pounds after 6 weeks. Any info you could share about filling snacks that stay with you would be appreciated. I drink water, eat oatmeal and have tried protein drinks with Almond milk . You ?0
