    I need to lose sixty pounds.
    MY main motivation is to avoid diabetes and to decrease my lower back pain and ease my breathing problems.

    Yup, lost 25 so far, need to lose at least 70 more. Hard to believe you can gain so much over the years and not even realize it.

    I actually don't know the EXACT number I still need to lose (my scale is down :( ) but I know I'm in the neighborhood of 210-220 and looking to end up around 150-170. Add me if you'd like. I've actually been here for awhile, started at 274 pounds.
