Cold season starting...ginger/lemon tea is the bomb

I'm a huge fan of Mighty Leaf teas...they're all amazing but steeping Chamomile Citrus with three slices of fresh ginger and a squeeze of fresh lemon in a thermos for 20 mins makes one tasty tea. Add in a bit of honey and the benefits are really good coming into cold & flu season. Honey has great antibacterial properties and ginger and lemon both have so many benefits to even list.
