I lost 3 lbs my first week, on week two and feel like if I'm not loosing something everyday then I may be at a plateau - how do any of you break through that ?
I eat my 120 calories sometimes I tap into my exercise cals and on the days I use more then 1200 and I complete my log in for that day it says my results in 5 weeks is less then if I was eating 1200 with all my exercise cals left ? why?

Not losing weight every day is not a plateau. You need to look at weight loss as a long term project. My advice is to completely ignore the 5 week prediction. The people for whom it is accurate are outliers.0

A plateau is 4-6 weeks with zero changes. You're nowhere near there.
Since 1200 is the minimum amount MFP will give you, it's likely you won't be able to lose 2 pounds a week, because you would need to consume 1000 calories fewer than you burn. Since your ticker says you only have 10 to lose, half a pound a week is a more ideal goal for you.
As for the higher estimate in five weeks, it's because your net calories are greater. Eat 1200 and burn 200, your net is 1000. Eat 1300 and burn 200, your net is 1100. You should, however, be aiming to net 1200 each day.0 -
You will have some ups and downs but is the long term trend that you want to pay attention to. If you can retrain yourself to eat proper food and portions you will lose weight now and be ready for maintenance later.0

Reassess your expectations. You are not going to lose weight everyday.

Goal should be 1% of your current body weight a week. Anything more may be aggressive and weight loss will likely stall alot.
If one is under 180lbs, weight loss of 2lbs a week may be too much to expect.
