I've lost the weight, now what?

I have recently hit my goal weight and now it's time for some serious recomp! I am looking for your experiences with workout videos. I have 3-4 days a week, but don't want to spend three hours working out. I have a home gym and have met with a personal trainer, but I want to supplement with a good workout program. What have you had great results with?

    What are your goals? Recomp is specific to each individual. Toning, more muscle mass, bodyfat reduction, etc..?

    What is in your home gym.
    Recomp usually requires a progressive overload strength program.

    Programs like:
    Stronglift 5x5
    Starting strength
    New rules of lifting
    Strong curves

    Or bodyweight programs like:
    Convict conditioning
    You are your own gym

    Most of those take about an hour to complete.

    My goal is to tighten things up a bit, maybe a little bodyfat loss. Not looking for muscle mass. My home gym consists of a weight bench with a leg press, free weights, TRX straps, a standard bar, a curl bar, and a tricep bar.
