Trying to find new things to eat! So what do you guys have in the morning

    Start with your protein and work around it.

    Egg-based are nearly endless. Omelet, scrambled, skillet with sausage, quiche, egg muffins, boiled soft or hard. Change up the veggies served with it.

    Whey protein in oatmeal or a shake.

    Yogurt or Greek Yogurt with granola, oatmeal, or cold cereal.

    Pancakes. This morning we have a banana and a pumpkin recipe here on MFP. I eat my pancakes with yogurt and fruit.

    Muffins. You might have them with peanut butter or a piece of hard cheese.

    Refrigerator oatmeal.

    Toast with peanut butter and an apple.

    Thank you! I eat a lot of eggs. Kinda getting sick of them! Lol, will have to try the rest

    I try and stay ahead of the curve these days and if I am getting sick of a meal, I change it up. So good for you for thinking ahead!

    I go for a mixture of protein, fat and fiber.

    Greek Yogurt parfait with berries, Grapenuts cereal and pecans

    Greek yogurt, with a side of oatmeal.

    I'm not a morning person.....but pre-cooking a batch of eggs (and veggies) for homemade breakfast burritos is something I've been meaning to try.
