trying to get back on track. was on Weight Watchers but this site is just as good if not better. Tired of paying the high Weight Watchers fees. Need to be honest with myself and work on this at my own pace. recently lost my job not so good for the waist line. But on the bright side I got another job. Still nervous though job does not start until Dec 16th 2015. Need to focus on me and do this once and for all. Hello to everyone.

The way I see it, its all about calorie deficit and lifestyle change here. This is a good thing because its free and not a diet. I also exercise so I can eat (and drink) more, I don't do starvation.0

Congratulations on your new job
I too was a WW member for quite a few months and I too got tired of the monthly fee's (also the point counting was driving me crazy!). I've found MFP so, so much better - I hope it works for you too! Best of luck.0
