You can't...other than being in an calorie deficit and losing weight overall.

    This^

You can't target belly fat and I can't target thigh fat.........

Just lose weight - genetics will determine where you lose from.

You can't pick and choose where to lose fat; your genetics does that for you. All you can do is to continue to lose fat overall and it'll eventually shrink in your stomach area, too.

Unfortunately, you can't target a specific area :( (Annoying, right?!)

I am at my goal weight and I still have plenty of fat on my stomach that I want gone! As I'm now a healthy weight, losing more isn't really necessary - I now have to lift plenty of heavy weights and be patient. I suggest weight lifting if you aren't already. If you are, just hang in there -results will follow! :)

Sort out your diet and then do a lot of high intensity cardio. Climb or cycle up hills or if using gym, put high resistance on elliptical or spin bike. Of course you'll lose fat proportionately across your body so logically if most of your fat is on your belly that's where most of it will come from.

That's not logical. It presumes that fat necessarily comes off everywhere proportionally. That's not true. Often, belly fat is first on, last off.
