You've lost 7 stone? How in the *kitten* have you lost 7 stone and do not have an inch of loose skin. Seriously, tell me, TELL ME!

Slowly! And I'm lucky I'm young I think, I have some on my tummy, but moisturising heavily and exercise has really helped! I have stretch marks on tummy, legs and arms but they are white now so not as noticeable...

This is me 5 years ago vs now, in the same dress I was wearing for giggles XD

Thank you! I just want to make sure I maintain now, don't want to slip back into my old ways!

I've been maintaining for a few years now. You'll have some periods when you pick up a few extra pounds but you know how to get them off. Don't let them stack up too much but don't kick yourself for not staying exactly the same weight. Your weight will bounce around a few pounds from week to week.

Good eating and exercise habits help tons. Find something that you enjoy doing for exercise. Find good foods that you really like. This is a lifetime plan and it doesn't have to be drudgery.
