This is a probably a silly suggestion that I'm sure you are already aware of - but my boyfriend has a very low percentage body weight and he is 'ripped'. He too has a very high cal diet and can struggle with reaching his goals, he bulks out his day with high calorie protein powers mixed with semi skimmed milk and he's had some fantastic results. You've probably already considered this but I just wanted to use him as an example as it's really working well for him. He struggles to eat 'good food' and there is only so much steak a man can eat! Haha :)

Good luck - and I'll also echo a poster above, you are most welcome to some of my bulk if you want!!!!

Thanks for the info ...much appreciated !!..
Yeh I've tried clean & dirty bulks but I dont lay down fat very easily .....just end up with a big protruding stomach lol ....I'm not too concerned with maintaining a six pack at the moment just putting on 10 or 15 lbs through the winter would be great.....currently weighing in at 215 lbs @ 6 '2" .... so still maintaining shape rather t than all out bulk .

Man my suggestion if you haven't thought about it yet, is too plan out a good meal set and snacks within the whole day. I bulked up 15 pounds in like 3 months at my last job and every day I would drink 2 cups of protein mix morning And after workout, eat large cup of fruit, carrots and celery, a sausage biscuit, trail mix and about 4 waters . That was my breakfast, lunch Id just eat whatever. And maybe a snack or two till my work day was done then I'd go to the gym blah blah blah and eat dinner, and pork hood almost every night with baked potatoes and green beans and slices of tomatoes, Bottom line stay stocked where ever you go with food trail mix helped me a lot. Also I use to pick up very heavy furniture and deliver it, so I'd suggest heavy lifting and you'll get improvement! Hope it helps or give you an idea, good luck!
