PROTEIN

I am wayyy under my protein goal! I'm at 60g and I need around 200g total today! Today is a low carb day so I need proteins that have little to no carbs! Hoping for a few protein ideas beside meat. Share with me your fav protein things so I can meet my goal. (PS: I am out of protein powder right now so Protein shakes are not an option)

    No, you don't need 200 grams....unless you weigh 500 lbs... ;)

    Not sure how much you weigh, but 200g of protein is a good goal for someone who is about 244lbs and in good shape.
