I am wayyy under my protein goal! I'm at 60g and I need around 200g total today! Today is a low carb day so I need proteins that have little to no carbs! Hoping for a few protein ideas beside meat. Share with me your fav protein things so I can meet my goal. (PS: I am out of protein powder right now so Protein shakes are not an option)

No, you don't need 200 grams....unless you weigh 500 lbs...0

Not sure how much you weigh, but 200g of protein is a good goal for someone who is about 244lbs and in good shape.0
