Link Beachbody program

Does anyone know if you can like a Beachbody program? I'm doing 21 day fix and I'd like to add my workouts and meals, etc.

    I'm not really sure what you're asking? If you want to add your workouts and meals on here, then you're going to have to input them manually as you do for all other meals etc.

    If that's not what you're asking and you're yet to actually waste your money on any beachbody products- my advice is don't bother. It's a scam to take your money for things which you could easily be doing for free (using MFP). Example;

    Nutrition/diet plan wise- track your calories using MFP.
    Workouts- Fitnessblender, youtube etc have great free workout videos online. (emphasis on the FREE).
