Live Life Get Active classes - Australia

Hi everyone,
I've begun doing these classes and am mainly doing the Active X Training on Mondays and Wednesdays. To describe the class it's basically 9 different activities done 3 times each. 40 seconds of activity followed by 20 seconds of rest. The activities are either cardio or strength based, some using equipment (like kettlebells etc) and some body weight (mountainclimbers etc). If I am to log this exercise on MFP, would this be logged as a Circuit for exercise and for 30 min even though the class is for 45 min (15 is warm up and cool down)?

If you are from Australia and haven't heard of this, it's a free outdoor class Mon to Fri. There are a few locations in each state. It turned out one was only 10 min walk from my house and by the beach so I was stoked to discover it. You just register and book sessions and turn up. Whilst it's free, I'm taking advantage of it!!
