    I'm glad I didn't watch it. I had the distinct displeasure of attending a Ringling Brothers performance in town about 15 years ago and the high wire act fell to the ground. No safety net, no safety lines. And it was right in front of me, probably 30-40 feet from where I was sitting. The guy was paralyzed for life because of that fall. So I've seen falls from high wires with unpleasant results before. I don't need to see it again.
