Surprised at the calories burned just cleaning house:)

but I will be starting to do some weight training as I want to firm up as I lose. I have one knee I have to be careful with but there are plenty of things I can do, especially swimming which I love. But as far as weights, I can join a gym close-by and just easy does it;) I am 57 and I know I need to be careful but I am glad to know that just because a woman is over 40, or at any age, we can shape up and lose weight. I don't know how many times I've heard that once your body changes you just have to except being out of proportion, overweight or whatever they say. I'm sure others my age have heard it.
