looking for motivation people

Im 29 from Wales and for the last 7 months been living in Portugal. I used to train 6 days a week back home but since moving here it's been very hard toptovate myself and keep on track and for the last few weeks iv hardly done any exercise and eaten a load of crap. This has started to depress me and resulted in downloading this app to try track my foods and get back into exercise. My problem is I don't give myself a long enough time to see the results and get frustrated when I don't see change. Any advice welcome and good luck to all were all x
