I am so excited for this new Fitbit aria scale I just bought! I think it'll help me stay motivated. And also it's bmi feature, that can really help me want to bring down that percentage and then eventually, work out these rusty muscles. I'm really really going to do it now. It's been months on and off this app and I'm tired of giving up. I'm ready to change my life.
