Want to finish what I started.

Hi everybody. I am trying to lose weight for both my health and looks. Two years ago I joined a popular weight loss organization and along with a great medical gym program, lost 40 pounds. I have been plateaued for about a year and want to get off that last 15 pounds. I am more concerned with body fat% than the weight numbers, although weight is a convenient method for tracking progress. My gym tracks fat %, BMI, etc. for me on a quarterly basis. I love that this program lets me add my own items to track under "check in". I hope trying something new will help me kick start a resurgence of a healthy lifestyle.
